How long does it take for carpets to dry?
Most carpets dry within 4–6 hours, depending on airflow, fabric type, and how soiled they were. We recommend using fans and opening windows when possible to speed up drying.
Are your products safe for kids and pets?
Yes. We use professional Prochem and specialty solutions that are safe when used correctly and fully rinsed. We always rinse and extract thoroughly so no heavy residue is left behind.
Do you move furniture?
We move light, movable furniture such as chairs, small tables, and some sofas when possible. Very heavy, delicate, or built in items are left in place for safety.
Can you remove pet urine odor completely?
In most cases, yes. We use targeted treatments that address both the surface and, when needed, the padding. For very old or severe damage, we’ll explain what results are realistic before we start.
